The Tourism Housing Assistance & Recovery Programme (THARP) provides critical relief to verified tourism sector workers whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Melissa.
Eligible workers receive vouchers redeemable at authorized hardware stores for essential building materials and supplies to facilitate rapid recovery and rebuilding.

Take your voucher to any approved hardware store listed in the Locations section.
Provide the voucher and a government-issued ID at the store counter.
The store will verify the last four digits of your TRN to activate the voucher.
Reveiew your building materials and supplies.
Vouchers are one-time use only — the full value must be utilized in a single transaction.
Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the named beneficiary.
A valid ID must be presented for verification (matching the TRN used for application).
Ensure you check the voucher expiry date prior to visiting a hardware store.
